I would like to congratulate you on a very successful business. In this day and age of unreliable service (or no service) it was a very pleasant surprise to do business with your company. Having not one but two computers die on us was a bit of a disaster for us and never having had to use a computer repairer before, I was very hesitant to ring anyone up. Your ad in the Yellow Pages appealed to me and I was very relieved to actually get a real person to answer the phone. The service from then on was outstanding to say the least. I was thinking maybe a couple of days - even a week - before anyone could turn up - but within 2 hours of making the initial call I had a technician in the house. I was told originally a technician would be here by 3:30pm and then within half an hour was phoned back to say that person was away but another one would be here within 2 hours. Unbelievable service. To be phoned back and then to actually have someone turn upwhen they say they will - excellent. Ken Hyams was the technician. He was wonderful. Very patient with us "not very computer literate" people. He did everything without any trouble and gave us some hints and tips on computer operations and internet security. Congratulations once again - you have what a lot of other businesses lack. People who care and are committed to giving exceptional service. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to all our family and friends. Please pass on my thanks to all staff and again congratulations.

Many thanks for your letter asking me if I had any suggestions to improve your service. Impossible!! Your service sets a standard that should be adopted by all companies. From the time I phoned up, your excellent receptionist, Amy, dealt with my call with the utmost professionalism, sent me SMS's and emails confirming both the time and date of my appointment and the name of my serviceman, all with a smile in her voice. My serviceman, Daniel Zalcman, arrived absolutely on time, and wearing his shirt with the Geeks2u logo (as I am a pensioner and getting on in years I am a little nervous allowing people entry to my home). He was absolutely wonderful, explained how my new software worked and asked me if I needed anything else fixed. Nothing seemed too much trouble. He is a great asset to your company. I even rang today to ask a question about my new software and Amy (who by the way knew my name straight away - don't know how she does it) patched me through to Daniel and he answered my enquiry immediately. After suffering far too long with a computer that refused to boot up 9 times out of 10, and shut itself down at erratic and annoying intervals, I decided to seek help.I located Geeks2U on the web and made contact, and after an easy booking process I eagerly awaited the arrival of the technician. What kind of a Geek would he be? I saw his name was Maurice and imagined the arrival of his namesake from UK televisions' "The I.T. Crowd", with no small measure of trepidation. Maurice arrived at the specified time and was skilled, polite and personable; hardly the typical antisocial and poorly groomed Geek I was fearing, but I allowed him to look at my computer regardless. After listening to my woes and peeling back the case to investigate the innards of the faulty PC, he was easily able to determine probable causes of my difficulty. I was pleased! After some testing we isolated the fault as a power supply issue. I was excited! Maurice offered a replacement on the spot and it was installed without problems... and the computer has been running perfectly ever since. I am ecstatic! Maurice was even able to answer my many and varied questions about some future upgrades I was considering, and advised me on suitable software for virus scanning, backups and file synchronisation. And in nice bite-sized words that even I could understand...I suppose there's little more to say than I can totally recommend Geeks2U for on-site computer repairs.

Hello, Happy New Year. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. The assistant who came out was Mr David Hill (I think from memory), and my father and I found him so polite and helpful. He did advise me that the problem was very basic and took a couple of minutes to fix. He did however sort out a few other problems which we have found very useful and our system has never run as well. He was well presented and the best part of this service was he explained everything in a way that you had to be able to understand it (which is a credit to him and your organisation), I had only called the day before to request someone come out, the operator (which if think was Jess) gave me a time frame (the hour block) for when the assistant would turn up, I did mention "say between the hours of 11.00am and 12.00 noon", and I was shocked when David arrived at 11.00 on the dot. There are a hell of a lot of other industries that could take a leaf out of your book. Then when the time was up, the billing process that you have is great as well. I have made it a point to recommend your company to all of my friends, colleagues and family if ever they need a computer technician. If need be, I would not hesitate in calling Geeks2U again for assistance.

My experience was very good. I received a quick response to my initial email inquiry and was able to set up an appt. for the following day. The technician arrived on time and was able to fix my issue within the hour. He also answered some other technical issues I had relating to my laptop, which was helpful. I would definitely use you again (and recommend you to friends), although I hope not anytime soon because that means I'm having problems with my laptop, again! He was courteous and pleasant even under repeated frustrations that had previously reduced me to swearing at the cats (who hadn't deserved it at all!!) and went far beyond what I'd have considered reasonable in trying to make the A7600GT card work on a system it just wasn't going to accept. I have just had Maurice repair my pc. His conduct was friendly and thoroughly professional, he very obviously knew what he was doing, worked at the speed of light, fixed several small & large bugs in my system and took the trouble to EXPLAIN and TEACH as he went along. Is there any way you could clone your staff and send the copies to every major organisation to demonstrate how customer service should be done? And on top of that, the cost was very reasonable! Geeks2U are the best! Jon Bruce was in our shop within 2 hours of booking, and got the system networked and online in less than 15 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Very Impressive! Hi, I could not have been happier with the service provided by John of your company. Before contacting your company I had a technician from another service company come to attempt to fix my computer, after explaining the problem to this technician all they did was remove some unused programs supposedly to make the computer run faster, this took over 2 hours & I was charged approximately $260 and it did not fix my problem at all, when I complained they didn't really know how to fix the problem & took days to get back to me so I was very unhappy with their service. I then contacted your company, the phone staff were very pleasant & set up the appointment for John to attend, John was very punctual, professional & friendly - explaining the same problem to him he fully informed me of the possible problems, solutions and time frames involved (I ended up having a corrupted hard drive & faulty memory stick not just too many programs making my computer slow!). John fixed the problem & returned the computer to me in the advised time and I have no further problems at all. I was very impressed with the service overall and appreciated John fully explaining the issues and solutions allowing me to feel informed and keeping me up-to-date with the progress. The overall costs of my repairs was approximately $200, so this was also cheaper than the 'non-repair' of the other company - I only wish I had contacted your company first! I would definitely use your services again if required and would be more than happy to recommend you to anyone I know, Thanks again.

I found Daniel to be extremely helpful and he certainly knew what he was doing! He made some of the 'experts' we have used at work look like 'novices'. He was friendly and efficient, he took the time to explain things to me (which I wanted) and was never rude or patronising. Add to that, my computer now runs like a dream!! I have told everyone who knew about my computer problems that I phoned Geeks2U and how wonderful the service was. If word of mouth is the best advertising you can get, then you're getting it from me. Every staff member I dealt with, such as the lady who arranged my booking, was friendly, polite and courteous. In fact, Simon was worried on the day that I had made my booking several days before the visit - which was so that I could be home at the time - but I was thrilled to think that getting to each customer promptly was a priority. The last company I phoned never bothered to return my second call and 3 weeks on, I still haven't had a response. Exceptional service, friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable technical staff who were patient, willing to explain and knew what they were doing made your business my new "only place to call"Â?. I am pleased to be able to say it has been a great experience dealing with Geeks2U. I phoned 5 other computer support companies before I found you. You were the only company that responded with a person, all the others had answering machines, and the person I spoke to was very helpful in organising someone to come to my house on the same day. As things turned out the technician assigned to my job was running late on another site. He did me the courtesy of phoning ahead to tell me he would be delayed and this gave me the opportunity to tell him the computer had stopped making the funny noise and ask his advice about what to do next. He said diagnosis was harder when the computer was not displaying the problem and he advised me to call Geek Headquarters and tell them the situation. When I called to advise them of my situation the person I spoke to was again very helpful. She (sorry I do not remember her name) suggested that if the problem returned, to call back and reconfirm the booking. I am very pleased with the onsite computer service I received from Geeks2U. Simon Kemp came to my house on a Sunday and fixed my computers' MCE tv issues with a new tv tuner I had purchased at Harvey Norman (the package said it was compatible with MCE, but it wasn't). I would have to say that I found the service to be fantastic, you were very helpful with setting up the appointment; Daniel arrived on time, kept me up-to-date with what he was doing while working on my laptop and much to my appreciation suggested things that I could do myself to save spending as much money having him work on the PC. My laptop crashed the following morning and I rang back on the 1300 number and the person I spoke to had Daniel call me within five minutes which I was particularly impressed with, especially as it was a Saturday morning. After explaining what had happened since Daniel had fixed it, Daniel let me know that he believed it was a hardware problem and recommended I speak with the manufacturer rather than have him spend a couple hours getting it going again - that was spot-on as it turned out my hard drive and motherboard have both crashed to the point of needing replacement. I was very appreciative of the quick service and also that Daniel was able to help me in a way that got my computer going with minimum out-of-pocket. Good morning Geeks. I am taking a moment to write a few lines to say how happy I am with the service provided by Geeks2U. Through a series of unfortunate events my computer became so infected with viruses that it was literally reduced to a piece of junk. As a researcher and writer I needed to get my home computer repaired as soon as possible (either that or spend probably over a thousand dollars replacing it). A bit of searching led me to Geeks2U. I was attracted by the offer of Same Day Service and the convenience of having a tech come to my home. I rang at lunch time on Wednesday, thinking that I might be able to get someone out by Friday and was amazed to be told that Robert would be at my front door at 5.30pm that night - and he was! Rob was able to save and rebuild my computer in an amazingly short period of time and for just over $200. That actually got me two visits, as Rob came back on Thursday evening to load Windows XP and restore the drivers. He would not leave the house until he was sure that my computer was both up and running and protected by the best antivirus software available. In this event, your Geek will give you a fixed quote for the offsite repair of your computer as well as let you know when it will be returned. You will also be kept up-to-date at all times on the progress of your repairs while it is offsite. We do ask you to sign a form, authorising the removal of your hardware to take offsite for repair. Can I buy hardware or software from Geeks2U? Of course! For your convenience, our technicians drive fully stocked vehicles so that they can fix most problems on the spot. If the required part isn't immediately available, we will organise it for you as soon as possible and make a return follow-up visit as part of the same service. How much time will it take to resolve my computer issue? It largely depends on the nature of the issue, however, the majority of our onsite services are completed within the first hour. If the service is going to take longer, your Geek will provide you with an estimate and get your approval before proceeding further. Be assured that, where possible, our technicians will always perform the services quickly, onsite, so you can be up and running again as soon as possible. If it is necessary to take your computer offsite to repair, you will be given a fixed quote for you to approve beforehand. No surprise bills or extra charges! What services do your fees cover? Our service fees are entirely time-based and cover any technology you would like help with. We structure it like this so they are clear, transparent and easy to understand. It also means you can have your Geek working on multiple computers and/or problems at once without getting hit additional charges for every little extra thing you may need help with. Our Geeks are terrific multi-taskers and can therefore often knock over multiple issues simultaneously. Please note that naturally, the service fees do not include hardware or software which we can offer at very competitive prices. How much do your services cost? We believe in keeping things simple and transparent so we just have a simple half hourly rate according to your location and whether you're a home or office. Please note that there is a one hour minimum for onsite services but the majority of jobs are completed in this time. When the immediate problem is completed before the minimum one hour service, our Geeks will be delighted to spend the rest of the hour optimising your system and answering any other questions you might have. What forms of payment does Geeks2U accept? For your convenience, we accept payment by cash or credit card. At the time of booking your appointment, we will confirm your preferred payment method with you. If it's credit card, we will offer to securely enter your credit card details at the time of booking, however, only once the service has been completed and you have authorised the charge will the payment actually be processed (please note: we do not actually store your credit card details, they are encrypted to the most stringent standards and stored with our bank in line with Australian regulations). At the end of the service, we will also email you an invoice and receipt for your records. No fuss! Approved business clients can also apply for an account with credit terms.
